Services
Flawless Finish offers residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to deep cleaning, maintenance cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and eco-friendly options. We serve Southern New Hampshire and provide tailored cleaning solutions to meet client needs.

Booking & Scheduling

Appointment Booking: All cleaning appointments must be booked in advance through our website, email, or by phone.

Changes to Schedule: Clients may reschedule or modify their cleaning appointments with at least 48 hours notice. Shorter notice may result in a cancellation fee (see below).

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service. Cancellations made on the day of service will result in a full charge for the cleaning.

Holiday Scheduling: Due to the busy nature of holiday seasons, we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slots. Some restrictions may apply around major holidays, which will be communicated in advance.

​Payment Terms

Payment Methods: We accept payments via cash, check, and credit card. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Late Payments: If payment is not received within 5 business days of service, a late fee of 5% of the invoice total may be applied. Accounts overdue by 30 days or more may be referred to a collection agency.

Deposits: For certain large jobs, including move-in/move-out cleanings or post-construction cleanings, a deposit may be required to secure the appointment.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to provide the highest quality of cleaning service. If you are not satisfied with any part of your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service. We will make every effort to address any concerns, including scheduling a reclean, where appropriate. Any recleans must be requested and scheduled within 7 days of the original service.

Liability

Damage or Loss: While we take care to handle your property with respect, Flawless Finish is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or accidents occurring due to hazardous conditions in your home or business. Any damage caused by our team will be reviewed and, if appropriate, handled by our insurance.

Valuables: Please secure or remove valuables, heirlooms, and breakable items before our team arrives. We are not liable for items lost, misplaced, or damaged unless caused by clear negligence of our staff.

Client Obligations

Access to Property: Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled cleaning time. Failure to provide access may result in a full charge for the missed service.

Home Environment: For the safety and efficiency of our team, please ensure that the cleaning area is free of excessive clutter or unsafe conditions. This includes securing pets and providing clear access to the areas to be cleaned.

Utilities: Clients are expected to provide basic utilities such as electricity and water during the cleaning service.

Pets

We are pet-friendly! However, for their safety and ours, please inform us if there are any pets on the property. While we are comfortable working around most pets, we ask that animals be secured during the cleaning process.

Eco-Friendly Products
​
We offer eco-friendly cleaning solutions upon request. If you prefer to use eco-friendly products or if you have specific product preferences or sensitivities, please inform us at the time of booking. You may also provide your own cleaning products if desired, though we cannot guarantee their effectiveness.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data you provide through our website or during the course of service (including contact details, payment information, and addresses) will be used solely for providing and improving our services. We do not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Flawless Finish reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it's your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after any modifications implies acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination of Services

Flawless Finish reserves the right to terminate services at any time due to breach of these terms, unsafe conditions at the property, non-payment, or inappropriate behavior towards or staff. Clients will be notified in advance of any service termination, except in extreme cases.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are goverend by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided shall be resolved in the courts of New Hampshire.
